Barry McAnulty
General Manager
Barry has more than 23 years of hands-on and management experience in the Demolition and Environmental Industry. He has completed over 600 projects, ranging from single family residences to the demolition/abatement of multi-story high rises, manufacturing facilities, bridges, power stations, and sewer treatment plants. He's well versed in the management/coordination of complex facility closures and accelerated completion schedules in congested, restrictive, heavily populated work areas.
Todd Phillips
Business Development
Todd Phillips is Director of Business Development for Landmark Environmental and Demolition, LLC and its Senior Estimator. He sets the strategy to achieve sales goals for Landmark in collaboration with senior management and directs the company’s growth through client relations. Todd has over 25 years experience in the demolition industry and is experienced in industrial, commercial, institutional and federal projects. Prior to joining Landmark, he served as a branch sales, estimating and project management leader for the largest demolition and asbestos abatement firm in the nation.
Darwin Lutz
Operations Manager
Darwin has nearly 35 years experience in the hazardous materials abatement and demolition industry. He has managed several projects involving environmental remediation/demolition, represented firms at pre-bid meetings, conducted specification reviews, drafted clarifications and addenda requests, conducted field and blueprint take-offs, developed computer assisted and manual estimates, written and assembled proposals, administered indefinite quantity contracts, solicited subcontracts, written subcontract purchase orders and subcontracts, performed all job start-up functions, prepared schedules and change orders, conducted field production and cost tracking, closed out projects, and prepared billings.
Brett Bonk
Superintendent
Brett Bonk has more than 9 years experience in the Demolition and Environmental Industry. He has managed several hundred jobs, from residential to commercial. Brett has successfully completed projects in hospitals, public schools, Universities, and other sensitive occupied spaces, as well as military bases, Federal courthouses, post offices, and other government buildings. He is experienced in industrial, commercial, and other high profile projects.
Curtis Jordan
Project Superintendent
Curtis Jordan has over 25 years of experience in the hazardous materials abatement, demolition industry, and has managed various types of environmental remediation projects. He has extensive knowledge in all areas of hazardous remediation, including asbestos abatement, lead abatement, PCB’s, mercury and freon gas containerization, disposal, soil remediation, and oily waste segregation and disposal. His responsibilities have included verifying that all asbestos containing materials as well as all other regulated materials have been properly removed and packaged for disposal prior to demolition; characterizing, containerizing, and properly labeling all waste streams; and directly coordinating remediation crews on abatement projects to ensure regulated materials are properly removed.
